Coachella Valley Home Watch FAQ
What is Home Watch?
A professional weekly property check designed for affluent second-home owners in the Coachella Valley. We provide a discreet, visual observation service to identify issues while you are away.
How often do you visit?
We visit your property once every week throughout the year. This ensures consistent oversight and allows us to monitor seasonal changes in the desert environment.
What does the membership include?
One professional visit per week, a detailed digital property report with photographs, and prompt notification of any issues discovered during the visit.
Do I receive a report?
Yes, after every visit, you will receive a comprehensive digital report. This includes documented observations, high-quality photographs, and a summary of the property's condition.
What happens if a problem is found?
We notify you promptly and help coordinate the next steps. Our goal is to ensure your property is maintained in peak condition and to resolve any issues before they escalate.
Do you perform repairs?
No. Home Watch is a visual observation service. We identify issues and notify you, but we do not perform repairs or licensed trade work. We coordinate with licensed professionals as needed.
Can you meet my contractors?
Yes. We serve as your trusted local point of contact. We can meet with your HVAC technician, plumber, electrician or pool company to ensure all work is completed to your satisfaction.
Can you hold a key?
Yes. We provide secure property information management and can hold a key for active members, ensuring you have immediate access when you return.
Is Home Watch security?
Is it property management?
No. We are not a property management company. We provide professional oversight and visual checks, not full management or rental property services.
