Coachella Valley Home Watch FAQ

Home Watch is a scheduled visual observation of a home or property, looking for obvious issues while the homeowner is away. Desert Estate Home Watch provides professional weekly visits for seasonal and second-home residences throughout the Coachella Valley.

Our service is designed for seasonal residents, second-home owners, and other homeowners who are away from their Coachella Valley residence for extended periods and want consistent, documented observations of the property.

We provide one scheduled professional Home Watch visit every week throughout the year. We do not offer biweekly or once-a-month Home Watch plans.

The membership includes one scheduled visit every week, visual observations based on the property-specific checklist, a detailed digital report with photographs after each visit, and prompt communication when an observed condition may require attention.
